Surface Preparation

Surface preparation is achieved by high speed rotary wheel airless blast finishing systems designed for component parts which cannot be tumbled and need treated in a more delicate manner. The process ensures every facet of the component receives the desired surface finish removing any surface blemishes and machine marks prior to chemical processing. Components processed in these cells of machines produce a consistent and refined surface finish.

Linishing

The company offers linishing facilities to “grain” Aluminium, to enhance the appearance of finished parts. This process improves overall flatness and to create a level and even surface. Surface damage, including pitting, can be removed during this process
